NOT ONLY RACING When cruising, the Grand Soleil fulfills the second part of its promise, proving that performance and speed can be attained without sacrificing the comfort and livability of a yacht. The reduced surface area, wedge shape of the bow, maximum beam carried aft, and careful distribution of the volumes make the Grand Soleil particularly easy to control, even with a short crew, thereby assuring sailing enjoyment, speed and stability at the same time.
